1981 cent just wondering

this cent is pretty beat up but I was just wondering if it was possible a piece of a clip planchette from a dime Could’ve done this

Nope.. Another reeded edge coin stuck it very hard.

Why don't you just take out another old cent and drop a dime on it by the edge and see if that's what you get? That should tell you.
