    image.jpg image.jpg I have a 1981 and also a 1990 series $100 bill. Are these worth anything? Thank you

Given its condition, the 1990 is a spender. These are still fairly common to find in nice and crisp condition. The 1981 is a keeper as the St. Louis "B" block had a printing of only 3.2 million and pre-1990 $100 notes have been sought for destruction by the government since 1991. I'm not sure what the value is above $100 but for sure hang onto it.

Thank you! Will defiantly hold onto it until I find out what the value may be.

You're welcome! I'd be wary of what your local coin stores may tell you as many such dealers have little knowledge or experience with currency beyond selling red seal or silver certificates. To find an accurate assessment of value or to find a potential buyer, I'd look for those who more so specialize in newer (typically post-1963) currency.

Thank you again. I have many old bills and am clueless as to if they are of value or anything so I thought I would give this site a shot and find out. Thank you so much for your help.
