A cud? Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me...but that place northwest of the "L" in liberty and extending to the rim looks incused, not raised. Might it be post mint damage? Or if you are referring to the tiny slanted bit right above the "L" then it wouldn't be a cud since it doesn't touch the rim - I guess it might be a tiny die chip.
I stand corrected!!! Looked at it again at an angle and sure enough it is incuse!! Guess I'm going to need to look at everything at an angle from now on before I post!!! Thanks for the correction!!!!!
