I worry? Why would you get a $1 coin for less than $1. Someone could of simply spent it as one dollar instead of selling it for less. As the saying goes....if it's too good to be true.........

You'd think they'd start the bidding at close to the value of the merchandise in the box? Idiots.

I've seen worse. In fact they were SBAs too!

A dealer I know was asked what he'd pay for a bank wrapped roll of SBAs and he said he really didn't need any. The lady, shocked to hear that said well, what can I do with them? He politely told her that she should just bust the roll open and spend them. The woman wanted to part of that. She said that she didn't want to carry the roll, it was heavier than cash, would he just give her $20 for the roll. He sighed and said "sure" and reached into his pocket for the cash. The lady smiled as she left and the dealer placed the roll off to the side on his desk.

Later the dealer reached for the roll of SBAs and he only then realized that it was a bank wrapped roll, and there were 25 coins in it!

Old maps, you say? How old are we talking? Like OLD, old, or 1960s gas station road maps old? And even old gas station maps, in pristine shape, are worth nice change...
