1980 Philadelphia Roosevelt dime

    Hello everybody I think my pics are getting better found this 1980 p Roosevelt dime it just caught my eye the way the date looked so I took pictures of it researched it out here and came up with a DD. Also RPM . the words in God we trust and Liberty are the ones I'm thinking DD thanks to everybody

    I don't see DD nor RPM.. Just a worn die strike.

    pictures are bad so I cant tell if its an rpm or a DD

    With the photos posted, it is almost impossible to tell much more than it is a Roosevelt dime. Clear, in focus, cropped, FULL IMAGE (after you upload the photo, two buttons appear; Thumbnail and Full Image. Click Full Image) photos, with close ups of the areas in question, are needed.
    But by all means, keep looking and posting what you can't find answers for.

    Wexler doesn't list any doubled dies for this coin.
    I mean if it was a DD it would be a discovery coin, and it's unlikely because it would
    mean that this has been undiscovered for over 40 years.
    Most coins that show doubling are either mechanical doubling or die deterioration, etc. True doubled dies are rare.
