1980 n 1984 Roosevelt error or damage?

Is either of these roosevelt coins .... 1980 or 1984 dimes doubled or are they just damaged?

Looks like die deterioration doubling on both.

 

I agree with non cents, but the '84 appears to have a collar clash in the NE quadrant on the obv and a pretty cool die crack from the flame tip through the S on the rev. It doesn't add much of a premium, but I like oddities like that.
