I have found a 1980 2 headed kennedy half dollarout of a bank roll . The coin ,seem looks very normal under 16x mag. It also is like any other coin when you flip it over opposite and not al the way through like you would think a 2 headed coin would look like There are no coin dealers in my area . Can any one help me out with this???
Weigh the coin and then weigh a regular half and see if there is any discrepency, also make sure that one side isnt a lot more worn than the other, and finally try dropping it on a hard surface and compare the sound it makes to a normal half. Posting pictures and the exact weight of the coin will help the experts as well.
Howdy jointeehpa - Welcome to the Forum !! What you have is known as a magician's coin. They are manufactured as a novelty item and sold for a few dollars each by more sellers than you can imagine. Click Here - for an example.
