1980 D Dime question

    I know that the die can scatter here and there. On this dime, looks like damage yes, but please explain edge, letters, cracks. Would this have left the mint with some of it?

    The damage to the letters of Liberty are from a coin wrapping machine. No way to know how the edge was damaged unless you were there. Don’t see any die cracks, just pmd

    Yes the edging I know it pushes the die etc. Just curious on other. Thank you!
