1980&1946 cent value

so it looks to me like the 1980 is offset, is it?
does the 1946 look like red toned is it?
if so how much would each be worth?

The 1980 is offset, but the reverse is a bit beat up. The 1946 has consistent color in the low areas. I would say...

1980: 8¢
1946: 14¢

Or, if you want to consider the copper value nonsense, you're looking at about four cents.
