I had recently opened 3 uncirculated rolls of SBA dollar coins and got about 38 coins with this same wing and head die cracks. Would it be possible there are more out there or just a minimal amount like this and would there be any little value to these? (New to the collection community) TY, TJ
Hi and WELCOME! It's a normal stress point on the dies and many cracks developed on many dies in almost the same place. That is why you found 38 of them. I've seen hundreds and hundreds of SBAs with die cracks in those locations. It's kinda like die cracks from the corners of the Memorial building to the rim on 1983 Lincoln cent reverses.
