    how much is a 1979 uncirulated penny worth? sounds stupid but i was looking in a book and it says there are only 1979 d,p and s, and there isnt one without a mint mark

    Yes, but Philadelphia hardly ever puts mint marks on anything, especially pennies. My guess is the book is wrong. What do you have?

    The one without the mintmark is the P ( Philadelphia) as per tradition. There was none with a P mintmark.

    i was looking in the 2010 Blackbook, it had no mint marks for all the other coins cept for the dollar.
