1979 SBA Wide rim or not

My numismatist eyes are not quite up to snuff as most of this is new to me. Are either of these wide rimmed around the date?

The first is a proof and is not a wide rim.
The second is a wide rim.

 

Thank you very much. Now that I know which is which, I can clearly see the difference. I have got to get better at focusing on the smallest of things.

 

Would you happen to have an idea on its condition? I could get a reverse scan up if it would help.

 

Scans suck for grading coins.

 

It is probably easier to make a judgement on the date-rim separation rather than just focus on the rim alone.
