1979 P SBA $1; doubling of rim (obv/rev) + RPM..or OMM??

Hello again...got this SBA the other day and it was a little off. Yes it's seen better days, but this isn't related to any PMD. the first thing i noticed is the ghosted rim running along the inner edge of the obverse and reverse. when i looked at the mint Mark i wasn't sure if it was a double strike of the P, an inverted P or if there was something else there. when i get these sometimes i do notice a fair amt of filled marks, but i haven't seen this one yet. There may also be some doubling in the words One Dollar on the reverse as well. if anyone has something to share, I'd appreciate it, thanks again!
