    The 9 on the right looks completely different to me. This is just damage though, Right?

    Yep, to add my 2¢. LOL With this coin still being a copper issue and not a zinc, the metal moves easily and that digit took a hit, flattening it a bit and making it appear different. Keep on lookin'.
