I don't know about a 1979 but it occurs on Nickels that have what is called a Mirror Brockage strike. Here is an example from Sullivan Numismatics.. I want to share this image with you - https://sullivannumismatics.com/pro...-coin-mated-pair-mirror-brockages-ms-62-ms-66 It could occur on any year and denomination of coins.
@Seattlite86 Did you read this response I gave to the same member? Back in May.. See I also give straight answers and do my best to educate
I’ve never questioned whether you give straight answers or teach people here. You do both of those all the time. Sometimes you just do it with a slap in the face. I’m the king of blunt/rudeness, so I know it when I see it. You’re a huge help on this forum; I just think we all could do better to be nicer (myself very much included there).
