It's difficult to see in your photos. Crop out the background and repost them. Make them as full screen size and take photos from directly overhead. At this point it just looks like a piece of tape was on the coin while the balance of the coin toned.
Hello. There are basically 2 types of mint errors. First one is caused by the Die when there is a fault on it and the second occurs on the Planchet when it is faulty. Your pictures are not the greatest. Try a bit more light on the Obverse side only. I'm thinking some strange environmental toning that occurred post mint. After it left the mint.
