The Mint Mark caught Attention First on this penny. The D is Small and filled in. After a Closer Look the Last T on Trust is Just a Smaller. Also the 1 is smaller than other numbers on Date.

The filled D is due to a broken die post. Common on these cents. The T and 1 being flattened is due to circulation wear and tear...not a mint error.
Duplicate Thread... When creating future threads just hit Create Thread once.. T took a hit Mint Mark has a Die Chip Nothing really major.
