Is this Machine Doubling or is it a Doubled Die with the E in United being doubled?

Looks like die deterioration doubling hard to make out by the pics try to give a better clear up close of the E give you can.

Those are the best photos I can get of the coin. I really need to get a better camera, but trying to talk the other half into it is not all that easy.
