I have a 1978 Canadian 25-cent coin which seems bizarre. It has the caribou on one side but when you rotate it instead of the Queen having her head "pointing" up she is on her side with her head "pointing" east (90 degree angle). Does this make it worth anything?
There is certainly a premium on these coins. Though, how much depends on degree of rotation (higher rotation => more rare => higher premium) and condition (UNC being more valuable than circulated).
