1978 Quarter error or pmd

    Hi just checking on the obverse of coin. It has a sorta of circle around it. I also noticed from the picture it looks like the ear is doubled. 1978 quarter error or pmd front.jpg 1978 quarter error or pmd back.jpg

    Correct.
    That quarter was at the end of the roll..

    Yeah, the "doubled" ear is one of his curls...
