1978 Lincoln cent rotated

1978 red Lincoln cent misaligned or rotated strike when you flip the coin it doesn't line up his some photos and some arrows showing the die strike is this a mint error considered

Not sure how to calculate the rotation. To me this one looks minor, but still a neat find. WTG and keep up the search.

Looks like it's somewhere in the 22° range.

Thanks guys Tolerance lol no penny should be turned its an error ! Its my penny and i found it paddy just kidding i dodnt know there was a tolerances for degrees of rotation im still learing good to know tu brother

 

Just found one of these this morning looking thru change. Same year, penny not nearly as nice and clean tho. Rotation amount looks almost identical, so probably a stable rotation according to the helpful link posted by @Willysilver. Thanks for posting!
