    So this one's intrigued me for a while 1978 Jefferson nickel no mint mark this thing sounds silver with the Ping test like so silver it weighs 4.85 G exactly like the 1943 P I have

    Both the silver (1943-45) and regular issues weigh between 4.8 and 5.19 grams.
