    My vote is PMD.

    Lots of circulation on that coin and RPM's are extremely hard to see even on an uncirculated Ike!

    The coin took a hit on the top serif. Not an RPM.

    I agree with green and non cents. The MM is not clear because of a bad punch and then later took a hit at the top.
