I am trying to determine if the coin has an rpm.
    Any feedback is appreciated.

Another good source is www.coppercoins.com. This might be even better for you with "modern" coins. Terrific photos to compare against as well. As far as your coin, the closest photo is blurry. I see a horizontal line below the "D" that might be a D/D RPM, or it might be PMD, or it might be die deterioration. I will tell you that there are currently no known RPMs for your year coin either from coppercoins or the CONECA master listing, so the odds of your coin being an RPM are pretty low.

    Good luck!
