1977 Washington Quarter DDR???

    It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but there’s a few parts on this quarter that I’m wondering about. I couldn’t find any DDR’s for 77 on Wexler’s list or Brian’s Varieties, and while some of this I’m sure is machine doubling, some actually looks doubled died as well, so I just want to hear everyone’s thoughts on it! Still stumped, as usual, lol!
