This clad stuff can be hard to grade . . . AU58. Shame the bands are bold, but not complete. Otherwise a rare coin.
Experience suggests AU slider and it was recently found in circulation. It was probably saved initially because of the poor die alignment and spent within the last few months. It's very difficult to be sure from the pictures.
