    That's a scratch in the first photo, imo.

    A die crack will be completely raised above the surrounding die elements, a scratch will have some portion recessed into the coin. A scratch often has some portion also above the surrounding elements, but if any part is recessed it's not a die crack.

    As already stated it appears to be a scratch not a die crack.IMO
