At work today, had a customer pay with a nice crisp 1977 $100 B 32852828 A, any value? I'd hate to just deposit it tomorrow....It looks nearly perfect will try to get pics later maybe, they'd be from my phone though...

If it is as nice as it sounds I would say it is worth somewhere in the $110-115 range. Regardless, it is a nice keeper for sure.

I don't really see any collector value there. $100 notes don't circulate much so older notes are still pretty common in circulation. Plus, due to the high face value...it takes a special note to really interest a collector. I would spend it.

Yea, I'm just going to leave it in the deposit bag...I can't afford to be out the $100 for $20 in profit...oh well! Was fun to see, haven't seen one of these older ones in a while!

What does FRN stand for? I don't collect notes, but I see it on here all of the time.

    FRN means Federal Reserve Note.

I agree. I start saving small head $100's & $50's at anything before Series 1974. All '70s-'90s $100's and $50's are still very common.
