1977 Lincoln penny mint mark error S over D?

    can someone please let me know if this 1977 Lincoln penny mint mark error S over D is of any value?

    It's a 1977. Not 1987. And no, it is not a S/D mint mark. It is just a Denver mint mark that has taken a hit in its 42 years of circulation.

    I don't believe there is an S over D 1977 as the S coins were all proofs.
    How could an S proof be punched over a business strike D?
