Yeah it’s strange. Was thinking it happened during strike because the edges of the damaged area aren’t raised. Thanks.
Unfortunately, it works more like this: if there is raised metal, it is definitely not an error. If there is no raised metal, it might be an error. Yours shows no raised metal because it’s been circulated after being damaged.
