Well I think the most convincing part is the T and R plus the E to a lesser extent. I definitely see it, and I wanna say yes it is a DDO cause it is raised and does not seem to look like machine doubling. However its so small I can not say with 100% certainty it is DDO and not machine doubling. You are not crazy though, there is definitely something
