1976D dime error

I found this interesting 1976d Dime and it says I'm God WE TRUST. Would this be considered a rare Error....

In cod we trust has been on dimes since 1916 many date of mercury and Roosevelt dimes are famous for the G being a c.

if you think it states " I'm God WE TRUST "
you have to think that someone would have to make a Die that has that.
And what is the step of making dies back in 1976 ???
