This is a Mexican 20 centavos KM#442, from before the coinage reform of 1992, when 1000 old pesos became 1 new peso. As 20 centavos are 1/5 of an old peso, you can imagine the nominal value of this coin is not high. Krause gives this coin a catalog value of 0.15 $ in XF and 0.35 $ in Unc.
