1976 red penny/ Seeking feedback

    Wanted to get some feedback possible on this 76 Lincoln penny’s final “A” in AMERICA on the Reverse. Education me...

    The A appears to be possibly a die chip and your obverse appears to be a slight MAD (misaligned die)IMO

    In Numismatic language your Cent is Brown. Red would be the color it has when freshly minted.

    Brown and damaged as stated.you can see a small gouge at the bottom of the A. It had pushed the copper into what you are seeing.
