I'll have to say that that cent, which I can't see the date on, was colorized by some company after the mint. I also cannot see the print DE, but the colorized light reflection off the lady bug is awsome! JK Welcome! Just looked at your profile and saw the coin. If anything is stamped into a penny, it's always considered Post Mint Damage(PMD). Is the map a map of Delaware(DE)?
Welcome to CoinTalk! It looks like someone counterstamped your coin with an image of Delaware. I've seen pics of other 1976s like this. I would say worth face value unless in mint state.
