1976 Kennedy MINI half dollar?

While going through some random coins i found this 1976 kennedy half dollar literally the size of a dime. Its identical to a regular size kennedy in every way, but its the size of a dime...any ideas?

People have made novelty "coins" of about every denomination and size. Probably one of them, a picture will determine exactly what it is. Most are worth less than a dollar.

 

I used another collectors because my camera is having alot of trouble lately.
