I can't read your photos.
My guess is that it is either Die deterioration or MD. The doubling looks to be taking away from the devices.

PS. This is why we ask for full size photos, Nobody can tell what is going on with the rest of the coin.
Magnification without clarity doesn't help much.

Even if it is a doubled die, if you need pictures that blown up to see it, it's not worth anything.

 

I took the picture so the guys on coin talk could see it not for me I can see it perfectly with my own two eyes

 

Therein lies a problem. Clear to you while you are looking at it but over pixelated when it transfers to us here. From what I can see, I see no notching but again it's quite blurred.
