1975 s no mint mark dime..

    I came across this 1975 no mint mark dime and it is in better shape than my other 1975 dime. Is this a good find? It is shinier than the other.. CE175E85-3FBB-41CC-8782-93399D59BC64.jpeg C7CF06EB-D1F3-4239-9304-7BC536467947.jpeg

    I believe your no mint mark was produced at the Philadelphia mint which is a common coin but I'm no expert on dimes let's see what others think.JMO

    Yep... @Dave363 is absolutely correct. Philadelphia did not place mintmarks on dimes until 1984 if I remember correctly. You have a nicely struck but rather common Philly dime.

    You made a typo Randy. I think you meant to type 1980 as the first year they used mint marks on dimes. ;)
