1975 S 10C Proof question

    I came across this Roosevelt just last year at an estate sale. Is it common practice for proof sets to have coins removed like this one? Thanks again.

    Thanks Toughcoins for the quick response. Other than sets with missing mm, what would be the benefits of opening a sealed set that a person knows has the mm if I may ask?

    Collectors breal sets up to put the coins in albums by denomination and dealers break them up to sell the coins individually.
