Good afternoon. I am new to the site and look forward to hearing your expert opinions on some of the coins I own. Here is my story; I am an executive at a DoD technology contracting company and I have been traveling all over the world for the last 24 years supporting our men and women warfighters. I have some kids, a wife and lots of old stuff including some coins. I am not a pro collector by any means and I came to enjoying coins via my father in law. He passed away and left me part of his extensive collection. His intent was that collection would pay for his daughter, my wife's wedding. Well we followed through with that and sold about $15,000 worth of his coins to pay for our wedding. We dealt with a reputable firm here in STL and I did a couple months research on everything we sold to make sure I was being treated fairly. So what brings me here today is that I still have a lock box with alot of slabbed coins that we have decided to sell via eBay and I need some help with approximate values. So I will be posting some pics and asking for your expertise. I would like to thank you in advance for your help. Her Dad's collection had a bunch of error money and I was very surprised to see how much some of the error money brought on eBay. or instance we had some error $20's that all brought over $250 to $300 each. Any I digress - to the point. This one will be easy and I can take photos of any of these I list. How much is a slabbed 1975 Panama Pill worth? 2 1/2 certisimos. More posts to follow and thank you again!!!
