Great photos! It looks like a little die deterioration doubling. Keep looking.... if you can spot that you are sure to see a true doubled die.
Arbie see how the doubling seems to wrap around the devices on all sides? That is always die deterioration.
Arbie, have you read up on Worthless Doubling on Wexler's site? If not, please do. Read it several times and look at the examples, and then you'll be able to save yourself time posting here. Just a suggestion.
