I have 1975 penny looks different!1944 p nickel and it looks like a 1990 nickel 1958 wheat penny! My dad has several coins!I don't know nothing about coins! If someone can please tell me if I should keep saving them?
@Anahi1996 The only one that is a keeper is the 1944-P war nickel because it is 35% silver. The rest are just spenders. By the way, using the poll for something like this does no good. It is more useful when you list different options to a question on a given subject for people to select. For example: "What do you think of this coin?" (Select one) > I'd spend it! > I'd keep it! > I don't think it's an error. > It's damaged. > Who cares! Chris
I agree with cpm9ball. I'd keep the 1944 p nickel. more info here: http://cointrackers.com/coins/1072/1944-p-jefferson-nickel/
All are spenders but the 1944-P nickel. That one has a lamination error or "delamination" but that's relatively common for those coins. For the record, I keep every laminated coin so don't think that common means not worth holding onto.
Just remember, any nickel you get that has a mint mark on the back above the dome, keep it. It has silver in it.
or go to Coin Trackers: http://cointrackers.com/ and go to "is it silver?" http://cointrackers.com/is-my-coin-silver.php
