    Those flow lines are leading me to just an extremely weak/worn strike looks like some rim finning also and a large die crack on top of god-we.

    It can not have a weak strike on the front and a strong one on the back , And that is a nice reverse. It could be a Struck Thru Debris/Grease. Heavy Grease will cause those type of striation lines as the compacted grease will flow to the edge of the coin. I think another cause could be a case of struck with a very, very late stage capped die. Which is my guess.
