i had bought this some time ago and decided to give it a final look over before going with the rest. it appears like there might be an rpm but I don't believe I can get adequate pictures. however, upon further examination I noticed the thick letters in the motto. then looked at the rest and noticed some doubling in the B and R in liberty. did I stumble across something good?
