1974 s Lincoln cent

    Is the earlobe doubled on this 74s? I never seen a 74 s having a doubled ear. The d in God looks like it has a strikethrough on top of it sort of looks like a piece of metal. On the reverse the initials FG look a little twisted and look at Lincoln.     That’s probably MD on the earlobe or possibly a hit (I’m betting MD because that’s a common place for it). You’ll see this quite a bit during CRH events.

    Yes as said above MD. It is a very common place for the flat and shelf like doubling.

    I was looking at that further and it looks like a hit when I took a different pic and blew it up thanks guys
