Your coin took a hit while in circulation and the metal was pushed to one side.

 

Its still a MAD-Missaligned die strike,why does this coin look familiar?

 

Can't tell what you are asking us to look at, especially with one poor photo. Post Full Image photos and crop the background so only the coin shows and you might get some better answers. I see 1¢ that is worth 1¢.

It's a MAD.

 

A slight MAD but the 1 took a hit in its earlier life. Only worth face value.
