IMG_20211026_163829805.jpg hello all. The coin is an error, it has America stamped on the rim. I email the US Mint about it, but got very to no information on it. Any help on it's rarity and value would be appreciated. Thank your time.....

    vise job.. not an error
Another cent was pressed against it leaving an incused and backward lettering. Done post mint. not rare.

BTW.. you don't need to quote yourself.

Not rare as it’s damaged. Millions of coins are damaged. It’s worth face value. Nothing and I mean nothing in the minting process would cause this to happen. The force used to mint the coin if applied again to imprint AMERICA onto the rim would cause more than just that. The rim is the edge of the coin and it would be flattened and/or out of shape.
