I like to be able to explain things that I see and do not recognize for the first time. I do not know what caused this. I am assuming that it is damage but I also cannot rule out some kind of doubling or something. Has anyone else seen this before? Did you figure out what caused it? Thanks.

Looking at the top and to the right of the anomaly I can see metal that has been pushed across the bay. This is PMD. The soft copper is easily moved. It took an odd hit to just that area.

Sal's comment made me laugh but I hope that building isn't really decaying like that. Tommy is right on with his comments, PMD.
