1974 LMC wierd doubling on reverse statue?

    Check this out. What is going on with this doubling on the statue? I haven't seen this on any other Lincoln. Thanks all.

    Hmmm...I would attribute it to weird die deterioration doubling, but that's just my opinion.

    It's the shadow cast every year on the Summer Solstice. I saw that on Ancient Aliens.

    That's what I guessed. It's just odd. Everything else is pretty "crisp". I also had Coop suggest localize die polishing. I'll keep it as an oddity. I didn't think it had anything to do with hub doubling due to the secondary image being larger and mushy. I just didn't know if it was some error I hadn't researched yet.
