    Welcome to CT!!

    Can you tell us what you think may be an error? All I am seeing is a well circulated 1974 Washington quarter with a lot of PMD (Post mint damage).

    I agree all I see is PMD as stated but I think from the angle he is taking the pics from, he's trying to show us a MAD ( misaligned die). Just a guess IMO
